aliwin789 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or access any real-money game on aliwin789. Age is verified at registration via Pakistan mobile number, and CNIC verification is required for withdrawals above the applicable threshold. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 are closed immediately. 18+ Only

On the aliwin789 Login page, tap Forgot Password and enter your registered Pakistan mobile number. aliwin789 will send an SMS OTP to that number. Enter the OTP to verify your identity, then set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact aliwin789 support at [email protected] to begin a manual account recovery process.

No. aliwin789 strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each person may hold only one aliwin789 account, regardless of device, mobile number, or registration method used. Duplicate accounts are identified through our fraud detection system, and all associated accounts will be closed with balances forfeited in line with aliwin789's Terms and Conditions.

aliwin789 uses your Pakistan CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) for KYC verification. When your account reaches the applicable withdrawal threshold, you will be asked to submit a clear scan or photograph of your CNIC front and back. Your CNIC is used solely to confirm your identity and age — aliwin789 does not share KYC documents with third parties beyond what is required by our compliance obligations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

After aliwin789 Login, go to Cashier and select Deposit. Choose Easypaisa from the payment options, enter the PKR amount you want to deposit (minimum 50,000 PKR), and follow the on-screen instructions to authorise the transaction via your Easypaisa account. Easypaisa deposits are credited to your aliwin789 account balance instantly in most cases.

Yes. aliwin789 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and all major Pakistan banks including HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan Bank, and others. JazzCash deposits are processed instantly. To deposit via JazzCash, select it from the Cashier deposit options after aliwin789 Login, enter your deposit amount, and confirm the transaction in your JazzCash app.

The minimum single deposit on aliwin789 is 50,000 PKR. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though VIP and Gold tier players may have elevated limits. All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees — aliwin789 does not accept foreign currency deposits.

Standard aliwin789 withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours of the request being submitted. Gold and VIP loyalty tier players receive priority same-day processing. The actual time for funds to appear in your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account depends on your payment provider — Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete faster than bank transfers. All withdrawals require the KYC verification threshold to be met.

The minimum single withdrawal on aliwin789 is 100,000 PKR. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Your account must have completed all applicable KYC verification requirements and any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.

aliwin789 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees on its side. Any transaction fees applied by your payment provider — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank — are determined by those providers and are the responsibility of the player. aliwin789 recommends checking your provider's fee schedule before initiating a large withdrawal.

Promotions & Benefits

aliwin789 offers a welcome bonus to newly registered Pakistan players on their first deposit. The exact bonus percentage, maximum PKR bonus amount, and eligible games are displayed on the Promotions page after aliwin789 Login. Welcome bonus terms include wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. aliwin789 recommends reading the full bonus terms before claiming.

A wagering requirement is the number of times you must bet a bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. For example, if you receive a 10,000 PKR bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place total bets of 200,000 PKR before the bonus-linked winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement for each aliwin789 promotion is clearly disclosed when the offer is presented.

aliwin789's loyalty programme operates on a Bronze, Silver, and Gold tier structure. Your tier is assessed monthly based on your total PKR wagering volume during that month. Higher tiers unlock weekly cashback on net losses, priority withdrawal processing, dedicated account management, and higher daily withdrawal limits. Cashback is credited to your aliwin789 account automatically every Monday for the previous week's eligible losses.

Yes. All aliwin789 bonuses have an expiry period, which is disclosed in the specific promotion's terms and conditions. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. aliwin789 recommends checking the expiry date of any bonus before accepting it, and not claiming bonuses you do not intend to wager within the timeframe.

Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period — regardless of request. To activate it, go to Account Settings, select Responsible Gaming, and choose Self-Exclusion.
